3 Day BSP Phase 2 Amen Clinic, New York, NY — October 25 – October 27, 2019
Become a Certified Brainspotting Therapist.
Requirements include: Phase 1: 3 day Course, Phase 2: 3 day Course, 50 documented hours of clinical practice utilizing Brainspotting and a minimum of 6 hours of supervision by an approved Consultant or Trainer.
This Brainspotting Phase 2 Workshop will enable you to further enhance and develop your Brainspotting skills, helping you stay abreast of the most recent brain-based breakthroughs in treating clients with PTSD; providing you with powerful tools to process through traumatic experiences as well as emotional, somatic and performance issues.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Through Power Point Lecture, live demonstrations, Q&A and practicums participants will deepen their Brainspotting skills by reviewing approaches covered in Brainspotting Level 1 and learning the following:
– One Eye BSP, Z-Axis (3-D), Convergence BSP, Combined Outside-Inside Window, Advanced Resource Model combining aspects of One-Eye and Z-Axis, Advanced Resources for working with Clients outside the BSP window of tolerance.
Attendees will also review and explore Outside and Inside Window and Gazespotting along with the corner stones of BSP; the dual attunement frame, and following the head of the comet.
Course Objectives: Attendees will be able to:
· Utilize components taught in Brainspotting (Outside and Inside Window and Gazespotting)
· Utilize Dual Attunement Frame
· Demonstrate and use One-Eye Brainspotting
· Demonstrate and use 3 Dimensional Z-Axis and convergence Therapy
· Demonstrate and use Rolling Brainspotting
· Demonstrate and use combined Inside-Outside Brainspotting
· Demonstrate and use Second Level of the Advanced Resource Model.
