Personal Statement

Welcome! You're now one step closer to receiving quality help for the problems getting in your way. As a trained and experienced therapist, my goal is to help you manage intense feelings and difficult relationships so you can feel happier and more connected.

My work involves research-backed, results-oriented approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Therapy will give you tools to manage difficult feelings while also helping you understand how past experiences shape your actions today.

In today's stressful world, my clients find that therapy can help with every aspect of their lives. As they begin to strengthen their relationships to themselves, they see how their relationships to others improve. They're impressed by their newfound ability to make better decisions each and every day.

Give me a call at 917-512-1274 or set up an appointment at jeremy@parkslopetherapy.net when you're ready to get started. I hope to hear from you.
