Personal Statement:

If you have a strong interest in feeling better and enriching your life, I encourage you to begin this growth-promoting journey. Psychotherapy is a process that helps resolve conflicts and obstacles through a deep understanding of oneself. The parts of one's life that are going well tend to become enhanced and the areas for change become far better understood, thereby clearing the way for real change to occur. The result is often transformational. My experience of 30+ years has enabled me to work with a diverse range of people, effecting change with a broad scope of issues.
