Queer Minds: An LGBTQ-Focused Introduction to DBT Skills

This is a group for LGBTQ people seeking to become more emotionally aware and more effective in relationships. Together we'll learn the key Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills for mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. After learning each skill, we'll work on activities to reinforce the skill.

The group will meet at my office near Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn. Clients new to my practice should first schedule an intake appointment. Space is limited.
